❓ Common Questions

How does the subscription work? Every new install gets a 60-day free trial with every feature, and you don't need to pay anything during it. After that, LineCheck is $29.99 a year. Subscribe in the app, through Google Play or the App Store. It renews automatically each year until you cancel, and you can cancel any time in your Google Play or Apple Account subscription settings.

Have a license key? Enter it on the Activate screen. A key lasts 365 days from when you enter it and doesn't renew.

Does LineCheck work offline? Yes. Your schedule is saved on your phone after each sync. Live items such as weather, inbound aircraft and OTS status need a connection.

How do I log flights to CompFlightLog? Turn on CompFlightLog in Settings and sign in with your compflightlog.com account. New accounts are set up on request — email us.

New phone? Sign in with the same Google or Apple account and tap Restore purchases. If you use a license key, enter it on the new phone and we'll email a code to confirm it's you. Need help? Email us.
